Get equalizer preamp gain.

Public Function GetEqualizerPreampGain() As Integer
Returns

Preamp gain in millidecibels. Negative value lower volume, positive value boost volume, 0 is neutral.

Remarks

Preamp gain affects all bands. 

Note: Band gain is expressed in millidecibels.
